I have 10 years of experience coaching people with neurodiversity, specialising in ADHD & Dyslexia.
While working as a teacher, I became interested in helping neurodiverse students. I felt an affinity for them, although I wasn’t sure why. I could understand how they thought differently.
I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 50 years old. I finally understood why I had always felt that I didn’t quite fit in and had faced so many challenges.
I completed a coaching qualification and began working as an executive function coach, working with neurodiverse people in the workplace. I am highly experienced with neurodiversity and disabilities and specialise in ADHD. I am an NLP practitioner, and I spend time helping my clients with their mindsets and how they can improve them to help them move towards their goals.
I work with many clients who have multiple conditions and disabilities and I have lived experience of living with chronic pain and long-term illness.
The cognitive and neurological changes I faced during menopause brought additional challenges and further health complications. The change/loss of hormones affects executive functions, worsening challenges for the neurodiverse and bringing new challenges to neurotypical women.
I work with menopausal women to help them through this time and allow them to thrive.
After coaching with me, my clients find they have increased confidence and a greater understanding of themselves. They are able to move forward and overcome stress and anxiety.
