Workplace Coaching

Enabling employees to achieve their potential

What to expect from your coaching

I start with an overview of your role and the difficulties you encounter.  Together we complete an executive skills questionnaire to identify your strengths and weaknesses.

I have developed my own executive skills toolkit containing a variety of strategies that you can use to improve your performance, efficiency and self-esteem.  With the analysis of your strengths and weaknesses I personalise the toolkit to you and take you through all of the strategies, I leave you with your personalised toolkit for reference.  Areas we look may look at include:
  • Writing skills
  • Proofreading skills
  • Email management
  • Time management
  • Flexibility
  • Task initiation
  • Planning
  • Prioritising
  • Organisation
  • Goal directed persistence
  • Stress Tolerance
  • Working Memory
  • Self-belief
Workplace coaching can often be provided by an Access to Work grant.  We offer assistive technology training and workplace coaching to Access to Work clients.
